Julia was great to talk to and I always felt better having someone to discuss my issues with each week. She showed empathy and was very keen to put a personal plan in place to help me get into a more positive place mentally. I also enjoyed the sessions for it was the only time I had peace and quiet each week and I found the deep relaxation very therapeutic and relaxing. I love all the yoga exercises Julia gave me and the yoga breath with chanting. The final affirmation that we used has also been great. I would definitely recommend Yoga therapy for anyone with lung or back problems and for anyone having a stressful time. I think that it puts you back in control of your own body and health and I believe that is very beneficial. I thought Julia listened really well which was in itself therapeutic. Thank you so much for Tuesday and your in-depth notes on my Ayurveda treatment. Holistically, they make complete sense. You have gone to a lot of trouble to research my issues, and for the first time, I feel someone has got to the crux of my problem. I am very excited to embark on the programme. I am waiting until my mum leaves to make the changes you suggest to my routine and diet. I am looking forward to our next session and will make notes on my progress.
