Introduction to Ayurveda
I am running a workshop on an Introduction to Ayurveda on 19th January 2019 10 am to 12 noon, at Willow Sanctuary, Watts Cottage, Jacobs Well, Guildford. A fun and interactive session where you can find out your Dosha and what it means for your diet and lifestyle. The cost is £40 which includes a £5 voucher towards a follow up session.
